Three Minutes to Brighter Days
Charm Words is a bite-sized daily podcast that guides kids through mindful breaths, empowering chat, and call-and-response affirmations—helping them start (or end) the day feeling calm, confident, and joyful.
Our Mission
Charm Words is dedicated to empowering young children with the tools they need to overcome anxiety, boost their self-esteem, and lead happier, healthier lives. Through engaging three-minute episodes we blend life lessons, breathing exercises, and positive affirmations so every child can face the world with confidence and joy.
Our Story
Charm Words began in a living-room studio when a small team of educators and child-psychologists noticed rising anxiety and low self-worth in their classrooms. They hit "record" on a simple idea: give kids three focused minutes of breathing, learning, and affirming. What started as a passion project has now grown into more than 800 episodes and a global community of young listeners, parents, and teachers who tune in for a daily "confidence snack."
